Service contracts
A service contract schedules the work that actually protects efficiency: cleaning coils and filters, checking refrigerant pressures, testing controls and safeties, and confirming the unit still meets the duty it was sized for. Sites on contract also get an agreed response when something fails, instead of joining a queue.
Callouts and repairs
For a breakdown, tell us the unit, what it is doing and when it started. Common causes are airflow restriction, a failing capacitor or fan motor, low refrigerant from a slow leak, or a control fault — all diagnosable on site. We quote the repair before doing it, and tell you plainly when a unit is past the point of being worth fixing.
If a unit is tripping the breaker or running without heating, switch it off at the isolator and call us rather than resetting it repeatedly.
