Sizing to real peak demand
A residence does not use hot water evenly; it empties a cylinder in twenty minutes and then sits quiet. We design around that peak — storage volume, recovery rate and how many units run together — rather than an average daily figure that looks fine on paper and fails at 06:30.
Plant rooms and reticulation
Heat pump banks need airflow, access and drainage. We plan the plant room layout, primary and secondary pipework, isolation, controls and electrical supply as one system, so servicing later does not mean dismantling the installation. Where buildings are staged or extended, the plant is designed to take additional units.
Service contracts
Commercial systems fail at the worst possible time. A contract covers scheduled servicing, filter and coil cleaning, refrigerant and control checks, and an agreed response when something breaks — with the plant history kept on file so faults are diagnosed rather than guessed at.
